Device Sales (Customer Selling to Easy Trade Tech)

• By selling a device, you certify that you are the lawful owner and that the device is not stolen, financed, or encumbered.
• You agree to the final offer provided after device inspection.
• All device sales are final upon payment.
• Devices must be factory reset, and personal accounts must be removed prior to sale.

Product Purchases (Customer Buying from Easy Trade Tech)

• All devices are professionally tested and sold with a 12-month limited hardware warranty.
• Customers may return purchases for store credit only within 14 calendar days if the device is in the same condition.
• Cash or credit card refunds are not offered.

Warranty Coverage

• Our standard 12-month limited warranty covers hardware failures.
• Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, theft, or unauthorized repairs.

Payment Methods

We accept:

• Shopify Payments (major credit/debit cards)
• PayPal
• Venmo
• Zelle
• Cash (in-store only for eligible transactions)

Shipping and Risk of Loss

When shipping devices to us, risk of loss remains with the sender until the device is physically received by Easy Trade Tech.
We recommend using the provided prepaid shipping labels and retaining your tracking information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Easy Trade Tech and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Easy Trade Tech is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or services.
• Data loss on devices traded in.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
