Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction matters. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds at Easy Trade Tech.

SELLING YOUR DEVICE

Device Sales Are Final:
Once you sell your device to Easy Trade Tech and payment is issued, the transaction is final.
We cannot return or reverse a completed buyback transaction.

Exceptions:
If a payment error occurs (e.g., incorrect payout), we will work with you immediately to resolve it fairly.

BUYING A DEVICE

Return Policy:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Device must be in the same condition as sold.
  • Device must be returned with all original accessories (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email support@easytradetech.com or visit us in-store within 14 days.
  2. We will guide you through the return authorization process.
  3. Once your return is approved and processed, you’ll receive store credit for use on any future purchase.

REFUNDS

We Do Not Offer Cash or Credit Card Refunds.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

If you’re experiencing a hardware issue after the 14-day return window, you may be eligible for service under our 12-month limited warranty.
