Follow these simple steps to safely send your device and get paid fast!

Shipping Steps

Accept Your Offer

Once you receive your instant quote, accept the offer through our website or confirmation email. You’ll then be provided with a free prepaid shipping label.

Prepare Your Device

Before you pack it up:

Back up your data if you need anything saved.
Sign out of iCloud, Google, or Samsung accounts. (Disable Find My iPhone if applicable.)
Factory reset your device to erase personal information.

Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and accessories (unless otherwise requested).

Pack Your Device Carefully

Packing Tips:

Use a sturdy box — avoid envelopes or soft mailers.
Wrap the device in bubble wrap or soft padding.
Make sure the device fits snugly and doesn’t move inside the box.
Include a copy of your Order Confirmation inside the package (or clearly label your name and quote number).

Ship It!

Attach the prepaid label provided to your package.
Drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping center (UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the label type).
Keep your tracking number for reference!

Get Paid

Once we receive and inspect your device, you’ll get paid the same day if it matches your quote conditions.
If there’s any discrepancy, we’ll contact you immediately to discuss next steps.
