  • Battery performance failures (battery holding less than 80% of original charge)
  • Charging port malfunctions
  • Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and speaker functionality issues

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

What’s Not Covered:

  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, physical damage)
  • Water/liquid damage
  • Loss, theft, or fire
  • Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, scuffs)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software issues (e.g., virus infections, third-party apps)

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Need to Make a Claim? Here’s How:

  1. Contact us at warranty@easytradetech.com with your name, device information, and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days.
  3. If eligible, we’ll arrange for repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Important:
Warranty service must be completed through Easy Trade Tech. Unauthorized repairs void the warranty.
