What We Cover:

- Screen/display issues not caused by accidents
- Battery performance failures (battery holding less than 80% of original charge)
- Charging port malfunctions
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and speaker functionality issues
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
What’s Not Covered:
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, physical damage)
- Water/liquid damage
- Loss, theft, or fire
- Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, scuffs)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software issues (e.g., virus infections, third-party apps)
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Need to Make a Claim? Here’s How:
- Contact us at warranty@easytradetech.com with your name, device information, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days.
- If eligible, we’ll arrange for repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Important:
Warranty service must be completed through Easy Trade Tech. Unauthorized repairs void the warranty.
